Born and raised in Japan, he graduated from Waseda University and began his banking career at Mizuho Bank, honing his analytical acumen, executive communication skills, and professionalism. He obtained his MBA from UCLA Anderson seeking global exposure. During his MBA, he organized a Japan Trek for over 200 participants with a tailor-made itinerary, which ignited his passion for travel.

Fluent in English and Japanese, Hiroshi enjoys discovering excellent ramen restaurants and exploring scenic countryside by train.

Born and raised in Japan, Reina brings a rich blend of cultural insight and professional experience to our team.  She graduated from Western Michigan University and began her journey in the hospitality industry at The Walt Disney Company, where she honed exceptional guest service skills as a cast member.

She began her HR career at Marriott Hotel in Florida, where she honed her skills in delivering exceptional hospitality to both employees and guests. Now, Reina brings her expertise in creating personalized and memorable experiences to the travel industry, ensuring every client receives outstanding service. Fluent in English and Japanese, she embodies the essence of warm, culturally attuned hospitality.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her son and discovering charming new cafes.

Having lived in multiple countries, Jasmine grew up having the privilege of experiencing various multicultural settings, which widened her worldview. While attending college in Japan, she discovered a deep appreciation for Japanese hospitality through working at a 5-star luxury Japanese hotel, which inspired her to pursue a career as a travel consultant. With her wide cultural insights and a genuine love for travel, Jasmine strives to create meaningful experiences for her clients, ensuring that every trip becomes a cherished memory.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, exploring traditional arts, and baking for her loved ones, bringing the same creativity and warmth to her work with customers.

Born and raised in Chiba, Japan, she cultivated a deep appreciation for diverse cultures early on, studying Ibero-American culture at university while exploring the world through travel. Her adventurous spirit has taken her to 15 countries, including a working holiday in Australia, where she was inspired by breathtaking landscapes, unique traditions, and meaningful connections with people from all walks of life.

After graduating, she honed her leadership skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail by managing a grocery store while dedicating herself to the traditional Japanese art of tea ceremony. Sharing this timeless cultural practice with visitors worldwide has been one of her most rewarding experiences.

In her free time, she enjoys leisurely walks through the city, discovering hidden gems like charming cafés and finding peace in the quiet beauty of local shrines.
